Who am I -

I am Himanshu Sachdeva, the host and creator of the Lifestyle Architecture Lab podcast.

I started my podcast in 2018 as I was fascinated by the podcasting world and how it was leading me in the right direction by listening to inspirational people converse in casual conversations. Ideas came naturally. So I started my own podcast from scratch and went on this journey to make an interview-style podcast where I would interview people who have built a lifestyle of freedom and are enjoying their crafts.

My podcast has 23 episodes now and going, My podcast often comes up in the education category chart of Apple Podcasts India and has 5-star reviews.

This podcast also gives me the opportunity to connect with high performing people. Once you are connected to them, you could tap into their network as well. It's a powerful thing.

While producing the podcast from scratch I learned all the nuances on my own and from peers and I distilled it into making this Production Dashboard for you. These Dashboards contain not just the frameworks but also a few samples which are included as Bonus Items.

• How long will it take to set up this IPP Dashboard with my existing podcast or to create a new podcast?

It depends on how where are you in the journey, if you are already having a podcast and a few episodes in, you can duplicate and use this Dashboard and feed your own podcast's data to make it a production environment dashboard for you. That should not take more than 1 hour every day for the next 2-3 weeks. In the next 15-20 days, you'll have a better workflow and production time shall reduce for your per episode.

If you are starting from scratch, assuming you already know the audio editing and packaging or are outsourcing that part, it will take a bit more time for you than earlier scenario. With IPP Dashboard, your Production workflow will straighten out as you get through the initial 2-3 episodes, so should be within 3-4 weeks or under a month.
